Residency PGY-1 Stipend ($61,508) + Benefits Stipend ($3,800) = $65,308Residency PGY-2 Stipend ($64,121) + Benefits Stipend ($3,800) = $67,921Residency PGY-3 Stipend ($67,446) + Benefits Stipend ($3,800) = $71,266
Eligibility
  • Benefits start the first of the month following date of hire.
  • Full-time employees assigned 30 or more hours per week | part-time employees assigned to 24-29 hours per week. 
  • Dependent and domestic partner coverage.
  • Program Year – July 1 - June 30 (hire date typically in June to allow benefits to start July 1).
  • Orientation Period – Approximately two weeks before program year start date (mid-June).

Paid Days Off
Entitled to annual paid leave, which includes four weeks off (20 paid days) to be used for vacation, sick time, personal and holidays as appropriate.

Benefit Plan Year
Benefit plan year is effective Jan. 1 - Dec. 31. Benefits are subject to change periodically. All employees will be notified prior to any changes becoming effective.
