Residency Programs

THMEP sponsors ACGME-accredited residency programs in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and a Transitional Year program. In addition, we offer residencies in Pharmacy and Podiatry. Use the program pages below to learn more about each residency program offered at TMC.

TMC Health Medical Education Program routinely supervises medical education at Tucson Medical Center and other community sites for medical students from several medical schools, including the University of Arizona, Midwestern University and A.T. Still University. THMEP independently sponsors an Internal Medicine residency and a Transitional Year residency. THMEP, along with TMC, sponsor a residency program in Podiatry as well as a Pediatric residency.

Podiatry Residency

The TMC/MWU Program in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery is a well-rounded three-year residency.

Transitional Year Residency

The Transitional Program provides experiences for residents in a variety of specialties.
